Born in Iğdır in 1964, Adil Aşırım completed his high school education in Uzunköprü district of Edirne. After graduating from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of METU in 1987, he completed his masters degree in ITU Computer Engineering Department between 1988-1990. He worked as a research and design engineer in the telecommunication sector for 5 years and worked as a manager in the electrical-electronics industry in various companies.
On a private television in January 1996, “I grew up on the right and right. I went to TPP to be a candidate, but there was no room. That's why I went to DSP. I was nominated from Igdir. The DSP did not have an organization and a base in Iğdır. The mayor of ANAP supported me. I am already thinking about going to ANAP.
Adil Aşırım who was a member of ANAP MKYK and served as advisor of ANAP leader Mesut Yılmaz between 1996 and 2001, and served as ANAP Foreign Relations Secretary between 2001-2003.
Ashim, who remained in MHP for a short time, joined the ranks of the Young Party in 2004. Asim was nominated as the Mayor of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality in 2004 local elections and later became the party's deputy leader. In the 2007 elections, the Young Party's Antalya deputy candidate, Ashim, his party remained under the dam could not enter the Parliament.
After many years, he returned to the political arena as a candidate for CHP. In 2015 elections, CHP deputy candidate Igdir Iğdır, his party did not get enough votes to become a deputy.
