National Labor Inspectorate: the CCNL also applies without the "Triple". The Sna / Confsal contract is fully legitimate
MILAN - & nbsp; Finally the National Labor Inspectorate issued the expected circular No. 7/2019 which states that the National Labor Contracts signed by trade unions other than the "Triple" (CGIL, CISL, UIL) they are legitimate, valid and therefore fully applicable. Furthermore, it is reiterated that if the signatory trade unions of a CCNL are "comparatively more representative", (as in the case of the Sna / Confsal contract, ed), the Contract constitutes the reference for the calculation of INPS contributions.
With this important clarification the previous issued Circular has been exceeded which, on the same subject, had assigned a sort of "exclusive" of collective bargaining to the Triple trade union, attributing to the CCNL signed by CGIL, CISL, UIL the status of "most representative" by definition . For the national President Sna Claudio Demozzi "freedom of bargaining is finally re-established, in compliance with the constitutional norms and the rules of democracy. In consideration of the fact that Sna is certainly the most representative agency and that Confsal has been recognized by the Ministry of Work as the comparatively most representative acronym, it is clear that the CCNL of reference of the sector, which among other things is the most applied, is the CCNL Sna / Confsal ".
At the next assembly TiraSola will propose to change the name from ANAPA to ANNASPA (as those of the Enigmistica Week would say: Two letters, transforms anapa into annaspa).
